Ask us about your projectIs my job too small?
No. Small repairs, one-off fixes, and grouped punch-list work are central to what we do. Replacing a latch or hanging curtain rods is a perfectly reasonable reason to contact us.
Can I give you a whole honey-do list at once?
Yes, please. Send a list of repairs, installations, and improvements. We can review priorities, group compatible tasks, and plan an efficient visit.
Do you handle larger construction and remodeling jobs?
We welcome requests involving decks, siding, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, and other residential projects. We'll review the scope, discuss timing, and confirm whether we can take on the work or whether a specialist is needed.
What about sinks, garbage disposals, and appliances?
Tell us what isn't working and share the make, model, or a photo when possible. We can evaluate whether it's an appropriate repair or installation for us to handle and discuss any trade-specific requirements before scheduling.
How do estimates and pricing work?
Start with a description and, if available, photos. We'll discuss the likely scope and any next steps needed to price it. If an on-site assessment or additional materials are required, we'll explain that before proceeding. Work begins only after the scope and price are agreed upon.
Can I text photos of my project?

Do I need to buy the materials?
Not necessarily. We can discuss what you already have, what still needs to be purchased, and which material arrangements make sense for the job before committing to the work.
